Sales and Payment Terms
Product availability is confirmed within the handling period of 48hrs to 7
days after the order is received. Orders are processed according to the date and
time they are received.
We are happy to accept payments through Paypal, processed through
Paypal's secured server. If you wish to pay by International Money

All prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars. For international
payments exchange rates are calculated on the date of payment. The prices listed
on this website include federal and provincial taxes.
Any duties or taxes levied against packages shipped internationally are
determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility
of the recipient.
Shipping, Handling and Delivery
All orders will be shipped by Canada Post or expedited by parcel unless
informed otherwise. JJGems ships all orders to the address specified at the time
of purchase. JJGems accepts no responsibility or liability for goods not
received as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The order handling period is usually 48 to 72 hours. However it may take up
to 7 days for your order to be shipped. If you have any special
circumstances concerning this possible delay please send us an E-mail about it.
Please allow between 2 and 5 days for mail delivery within Canada and
approximately 10 days outside Canada (after parcel is shipped). Orders shipped
to the US and other international locations may take longer due to customs
inspections. The delivery time might be longer during the holidays and special
dates. We ask that you do contact us to let us know that you have received your
order.
